This website, XperienceLSP.com, is run by XperienceLSP (“we”, “us”, “our”) of 39 Kusenla Road, Lekki (Ikate Elegushi), Lagos State, Nigeria. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website.

2. Information on this website

We describe our facilities, programs and opening hours as accurately as we can. They are for general information and may change, for example because of maintenance, weather, events or seasonal schedules. Nothing on this website is a binding offer. Availability, prices and any conditions are confirmed only when you book with us.

3. Enquiries and bookings

• Sending an enquiry, whether through the form, WhatsApp, phone or email, does not reserve a facility, date or place. A booking is confirmed only when our team confirms it to you directly.
• Any booking, payment, cancellation or refund terms will be shared with you when you book, and those terms will apply to your booking.
• Some activities, such as paintball, ATV rides and the shooting range, carry physical risk. They may have their own safety rules, age limits and participation forms, which we will share with you before or at your visit. You agree to follow the instructions of our staff at every facility.
• Please give accurate details when you contact us, so that we can reply and plan properly.

4. Using this website

You may use this website for your own personal or business enquiries. You agree not to:

• use it in any way that breaks the law or harms anyone;
• send spam, false enquiries or harmful content through its forms;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server or any connected system, or disrupt how it works; or
• copy large parts of it by automated means, or pass yourself off as us.

The text, photos, videos, logos, designs and other content on this website belong to XperienceLSP or to those who have allowed us to use them. You may view and share links to this website, but you may not copy, reproduce or use its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

The logos of companies we have hosted belong to their owners and are shown to reflect groups that have visited us. Showing them doesn’t mean those companies endorse this website.

6. Reviews

Reviews on this website are reproduced from guests’ public reviews, for example on Google and Airbnb. They reflect each reviewer’s own experience and opinion.
